Let us imagine a biofeedback machine where the three principles of mechanics are expressed in an alternative but quantitatively equivalent form, as in Weber’s force law (1846): instead of inertia, there is a zero sum of forces; instead of a constant force, the intensity of force depends on the environment; instead of simultaneity of action and reaction, there is a «retarded potential» and thus an internal, proper time of the system. The first remarkable difference between these principles and the more familiar ones is that they allow, to a certain extent, the interpolation of consciousness within its framework. The second is that it applies equally to point and extended bodies or events, rendering unnecessary crucial artifices supporting special relativity, general relativity, or quantum mechanics and making them incompatible with each other. The third is that it makes possible a conception of time different from those of physics and psychology.

ON THE INNER CONTROLER

After the war, Norbert Wiener refused to work with military or government funds and that is to his credit, but today any scientist justifies himself by thinking that if he does not commit someone else will do it in his place; the excuse is too easy although it has a lot of truth in it. In any case, to compensate in some way for the general degradation the sciences have reached, a degradation whose extremes the father of cybernetics could hardly foresee, and the deleterious effect they have on the most varied orders of existence, something more than depriving this or another sector of our increasingly dubious and interchangeable contributions is needed.
Since 2020 it is no longer possible to ignore that fraud in the sciences affects the whole system and is consciously directed from above; because we are no longer talking about the simple control and selection of discourse, but about the omnipresent falsification and concealment of data, adulteration of explanations, and criminal practices that directly undermine the integrity of life and human dignity. Whoever tries to survive in this environment may delude himself into thinking that such misconduct does not affect his specific area of work, but even if that were true, his mere complicit silence demeans him. Corruption is not just a means, but an end in itself, the triumph for those who seek the destruction of any standard. Most are incapable of understanding the consequences of this destructive logic even if they are right in front of their eyes.

A well-known mathematician said once that it would take a million years to understand prime numbers well, if ever. One should have asked him what he aspired to understand about prime numbers that could take that long. As far as I know, no mathematician has even asked the question why the prime numbers, being at the core of arithmetic, do not seem to have any importance in Nature —when yet the Riemann zeta function, so intimately linked to their structure, seems to be reflected in many different kinds of physical systems.

If mathematics, physics, complexity theories and computer science continued to expand and cross-fertilize at the same rate as today for a thousand years, they still would not find the key to morphology; not even in two thousand years either. Perhaps this may give some idea of its value, although we all know that nothing can be found without actively searching for it. That is the point: the mentioned sciences already have their own momentum and inertia that nothing can change, only a creation of a new science from scratch could overcome without obstruction the deficiencies of its predecessors.

Mei Xiaochun published a paper 3 years ago in which he claimed that the Riemann hypothesis does not even make sense because there are already four serious inconsistencies in the 1859 text to begin with. In a later paper, he uses a standard method to prove that the Riemann zeta function does not have a single non-trivial zero. Zero zeros. Needless to recall that, according to the prevailing mathematical opinion, have been calculated billions of them.
Mei Xiaochun is not overcomplicating matters. The inconsistencies he talks about are very basic, they infringe even the very Cauchy-Riemann equations that are at the basis of complex analysis. I am not a mathematician and prefer to defer my judgment on the relevance of his arguments, but I think that, at the very least, they deserve an answer; though we are unlikely to find it anywhere. If some mathematician deigned to answer, surely he would say something like that the analytical continuation has principles that the author seems to ignore, but no one ignores that creating new principles out of convenience is the most elegant way of not having them.

Can machines be used to break the encirclement of machines? Certainly, today there is very little that the naked human being can do against them, or so it seems. But neither can machines do anything on their own, but only as part of a vast technological web in which they interact with humans.

After so many considerations on science we need to return to a more general perspective.
It was probably as a reaction against the intrinsic idealism of the trinitarian symbol that a number of thinkers of diverse orientation turned in the twentieth century, and especially after the post-war period, towards quaternary schemes as symbols of totality. Jung was maybe the first perceiving the need for this shift, followed later by such well-known authors as Heidegger with his earth-heaven-celestials-mortals quaternity, or the Schumacher of the magnificent «Guide for the Perplexed» with his fourfold field of knowledge: inner self, inner world, outer self, outer world, opposed two by two as determinants of experience, appearance, communication and science.

According to the World Economic Forum that annually meets in Davos, «nothing ever will be the same» after the coronavirus. The Great Reset awaits us this impending 2021 and we only have to get on board.
How can we know when a change is definitive or merely occasional? How can we foresee if its consequences will be reversible or irreversible?
It is assumed that the miscalled «Spanish flu» of 1918-1919 was incomparably deadlier than this virus, and yet it vanished like a ghost in the memory of an entire generation which however could not forget the First World War and the Treaty of Versailles, or the crash of 29.
The great war and the crisis of the 1930s did have irreversible effects, which would lead to the world of 1945; but it is clear that the flu did not, and as soon as it stopped filling the news, it was little less than obliterated. Some say that the figures were inflated shamelessly to frighten the population and make them forget the terrible question of the responsibility of the conflict, which had met with the general opposition of the unions, and of any person able to evade the much more lethal war propaganda of the press.

Is globalization irreversible? Massive immigration from poor to rich countries? Emigration to the cities in most of the planet? The urban exodus in the United States? The split of this nation in two confronted societies? The flight from work? The «conquest» of rights that are often promoted and granted from above? The expropriation of techniques by technology that we call digitalization? Climate change? The hyper-concentration of capital? The corruption and decomposition of the social body? Civilization? Progress? Human domestication?

It has been said that if the Riemann hypothesis were solved, all the keys to cryptography and cybersecurity could be broken; no one has specified how that could lead to faster factorization methods, but at least it reminds us of the close relationship between a hitherto intractable problem, cryptography and information theory.
Such speculations are only based on the fact that the Riemann zeta function establishes a connection between prime numbers and the zeros of an infinitely differentiable function that provides the most powerful method for exploring this field, prime numbers being the basis of classical cryptography. But we have already seen that the zeta is way more than this.

There is a technological war, but whoever thinks it is only technological has already lost it. Now China seems to have taken the lead over the United States in the fight for control of communication channels, and many would celebrate it were it not for the fact that this 5G is only intensifying what already was a huge wave overflow.
Not only do we oppose the indiscriminate deployment of technologies but, in a now distant article, we even suggested another line of biophysical research to evaluate the impact of electromagnetic radiation on humans and other living beings [1]. It is clear that the big corporations promoting this deployment are only concerned about market shares, but who says that in a few years they will not be sued for damages?
